Program Overview • Data collected from upstream (suppliers) and downstream (direct emitters) to provide accurate and timely GHG data to inform future policy • 41 source categories • 25,000 metric tons CO2e or more per year reporting threshold for most sources • Direct reporting to EPA electronically • EPA verification of emissions data • Reporting only, no control or use requirements • Over 8,000 reporters reporters nationwide, 224 from New England 3
