SIGMA PHI EPSILON BALANCED MAN SCHOLARSHIP Proudly presented by FGCU Florida Omicron Chapter The application to the Balanced Man Scholarship is open to all incoming male freshmen admitted to Florida Gulf Coast University for the 2013-2014 school year. While the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity sponsors the scholarship, being awarded the scholarship in no way obligates a student to join the fraternity.
