Sample Signs For Your Sold-In-A-Week Sale Notes About Signs For Your Open House: The more signs the better. The average amount of signs we use for a home is 50 to 100. At one point we were doing 5 to 10 sales in our area every other week end. When we did this we would put up 50 sings for each home. However when I sold one of my personal homes in a smaller town where I lived I did around 150 signs. Signs was my only marketing method. I did not do any lead time and put all my sings up the Saturday morning of the open house. I had around 80 buyers come out and got 9 offers. Yes, I did sell my home for a satisfactory price. If I was selling one home I would do more signs… at least 50 but 100 would be ideal. Now if you are concerned about bugging your neighbors then I would suggest putting up the signs Friday evening before the open house and taking them down Sunday after the open house is over. Also check on you signs during and throughout the open house. We have had sellers on the same street take advantage of our signs to sell their home. At times we have even had homeowners take down signs that point to our home for sale and point them at theirs. So watch that your sings stay up during the open house. This kind of stuff is not common but does happen. Also signs are the have been the main thing that brings buyers to our open house. Normally they account for 80 to 90% of the traffic. So take this in to account if you really want to get a lot of buyers. Now this is not always the case. We have had people be successful with 10 to 20 signs. So it kind of depends on how you want to handle things and where the buyers for your home are looking for homes.

Single Sided Notes about This Sign Template: This sign layout worked well. We tried using the words auction even though we didn’t do anything different to see how the buyers would respond to it. One of the main benefits of this sign is it gets the point across fast when people are driving down the road unlike the other sign layouts. I liked this layout but some home sellers don’t like the stigma a auction has. If you can get past that this may be the template to use. As far as results goes this sign layout doesn’t seem to attract piles of more buyers it is just easier to read. If you do less than 25 signs I would use this template. If you are going to go crazy with the signs like we normally do the layout doesn’t matter as much.

I have these signs done double sided so I can turn them left to right or right to left without trying to find the proper sign.
