Boys & Girls, Ages 4-18 Learn & Play Soccer! Portage Soccer Complex (the big tent by the concession stand) Friday, May 20 & Thursday, June 2, 6:30-8pm Saturday, May 21 & June 4 10am-2pm $95 (1 player), $180 (2 players in same family), $255 (3 players in same family) over 3 players add $20 each additional child After June 4th: $125 (1 player), $240 (2 players in same family), $345 (3 players in same family) over 3 players add $20 each additional child

Player form must be filled out on-line and e-signed! Printed copy MUST be brought to registration to guarantee your child a spot on a team.
