Spring Sports Pay-to-Participate Form Date registration forms and fee due in the Athletic Office: Crew and Rugby: March 7, Baseball: March 14 All other spring sports: March 20
1) The pay-to-participate fee is $175.00 per season per athlete for each of the following sports. Make checks payable to Simsbury High School. ATTACH payment to this form. The fee must be paid in advance of any tryout or practice. If an athlete does not make the team his/her fee will be refunded. Circle one: Baseball Softball
