The Texas Tuition Promise FundSM, the state’s prepaid college tuition plan, allows families to lock in today’s prices for tomorrow’s tuition and school-wide required fees at Texas public colleges and universities. Tuition units purchased in the plan may be used for all or a portion of these costs, and our flexible payment options fit almost any budget. You may enroll in the plan at any time between Sept. 1 and Feb. 28 (Feb. 29 in leap years). Enrollment for newborns or children less than one year old extends through July 31. The fastest, easiest way to open an account is to enroll online at TuitionPromise.org or visit the website to download or order an enrollment kit. You may also call 1-800-445-GRAD (4723), option #5, for more information. Use our online calculator to research the various unit pricing and payment options. SM

Purchasers should carefully consider the risks, administrative fees, service and other charges and expenses associated with the contracts, including Plan termination and decreased transfer or refund value. The Plan Description and Master Agreement contains this and other information about the Plan and may be obtained by visiting the website or calling the 1-800 number above. Purchasers should read these documents carefully before purchasing a contract.
Only the Purchaser may direct or receive withdrawals, or may direct rollovers, contract changes and changes in the Designated Beneficiary. Participation in the Texas Tuition Promise Fund does not guarantee admission to or graduation from any college or university.
