For the Gambas: 2. Heat oil in a pan. 3. Saute onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant. 4. Add finger chili, bellpeppers and prawns seasoned with Knorr Shrimp Powder. Saute for 1 minute. 5. Pour in prepared sauce. Simmer for 2 minutes. 6. Season with chili powder to taste. Place a nudge of butter onto sizzling plate and pour in cooked gambas.
