A batter cannot be intentionally walked. A coach may visit the same pitcher on the playing field a maximum of two (2) times per game. On the third visit that pitcher must be removed as the pitcher. The starting major softball pitcher may re-enter the game as pitcher after being removed earlier as pitcher only once in during the game.

WARNINGS AND PENALTIES In the first situation during a game where one of the following rule violation occurs, the entire team and coach will receive a verbal warning. Following the second occurrence of the rule violation in the same game the violating player will be called ‘out’.
