Recipe Details Smoked sausage sautéed with small red potatoes, yellow squash, zucchini and onions with a hint of green chili.

8 small red potatoes, quartered
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick pan. Add potatoes. Toss to coat potatoes with oil. Cook, covered, for 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
1 cup sweet onion, chopped 1 cup zucchini, sliced 1 cup yellow squash, sliced ½ Tsp onion powder ½ Tsp paprika 1 Tsp dried parsley ½ Tsp salt 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 package Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, cut in rounds ¼ cup chopped green chilies for added heat
2. Add sausage, squash, onion, zucchini, green chili and seasonings. 3. Cover and cook for 10 more minutes, or until done. Serve with flour tortillas.
