The Sleep Optimization System The Beautyrest® SmartMotion™ System combines an innovative bed base, advanced motion and bio-sensors and the Sleeptracker® smartphone app designed to help you sleep and wake up better with personal sleep feedback. This advanced system works seamlessly to identify multistage sleep habits to help you improve your overall quality of sleep and well-being. The Sleeptracker® technology seamlessly partners with you to assist in four different ways: Falling Asleep, Staying Asleep, Waking Up and Customized Coaching.
Falling Asleep The Beautyrest® SmartMotion Base powered by Sleeptracker® is designed to help you fall asleep quickly at night. The app plays sounds designed to help you fall asleep and then fades the volume out automatically. ™
Integrated Sensors Unlike most sleep trackers, there is no need to keep a device on you or near you. All sensors are discretely integrated into the SmartMotion Base, so you can focus on deep, comfortable sleep. ™
Sleeptracker ® App • Total Sleep Time • REM Cycles • Personal Sleep Score The user-friendly smartphone app makes it simple to review personal sleep data, receive customized coaching and control sleep settings such as Sleep Cycle Alarm times.
Get personalized tips and tricks designed to increase your sleep quality over time. Sleepers will receive timely coaching advice shared via the smartphone app.
Customized Coaching
Staying Asleep Nightly, the system tracks and monitors each person independently to display helpful sleep summaries for both sleepers the following day. Nightly Sleep Measurements • Number of times awake and time spent awake • Time in light, deep and REM sleep phases Daily Data Synthesis and Summary • Custom coaching to improve sleep • Sleep profile compared to national average and demographic most similar to you (coming soon)
Based on pre-selected earliest and latest wake times, our exclusive Sleep Cycle Alarm system detects when sleepers are in a light phase of sleep. Allowing the alarm to wake them at the optimal moment to feel refreshed.
