Congratulations on purchasing the SNAP Interactive Security Platform. This SNAP Installation Instructions will make setting up your new security a SNAP. Installing Sensors

1. Unbox the Helix panel 2. Plug in the supplied ethernet cable to the back of the Helix panel and into your router or switch. 3. Plug in the supplied power adapter into a wall outlet. It is NOT recommended to plug this power adapter into a power strip. 4. Note the LED lights and understand their meaning.

1. You must pull the plastic tab out to allow the sensor to start working. Please NOTE that with the motion detector you will need to remove the front cover first then remove the plastic battery tab. 2. Once you have removed the tab make sure you install the sensor in the correct location. NOTE: some doors might have different trim work that interferers with the switch sensor placement. Before you sticky tape the sensor do a trial run first to see if it will fit. The door sensor can go on the door or trim it does not matter, as long as the marker tab on the sensor is lined up with the marker tab on the magnet. Also the door sensor can have up to a 1" gap and still work.

Call Customer Service. Once you have all items installed you need to call customer support at 1.844.471.8333 to bring your security system “ONLine”
