Snapshot Viewer Snapshots capture information on how an Exam Taker (ET) is progressing throughout an exam. Snapshot Viewer provides a report that time stamps the specific actions and the exact responses entered by the ET.
Snapshot Viewer will provide a recording of changes made to an item, no entries, and when the ET navigates to the next item.
Snapshots are helpful when evaluating ET results and determining any discrepancies reported by ET in the answer they provided and the final scored answer. These snapshots are taken: When ETs navigate to a new item (recording the response or answer choice) Every 16 minutes (capturing entire answer file) If more than 500 characters are cut from an essay (taking both a before and after snapshot) Upon exit of the exam 1.
