This month we will be making two blocks. Please read fabric requirements carefully. Additional sewing supplies maybe required depending on what you have in your sewing tool box. I try to anticipate all the things that you might need for this class. Things I think are part of an essential sewing tool box may not be on your list. Therefore please bring what you think you will need to complete this project. Tools Needed:

Materials needed:  BEST PRESS STARCH  Pearl cotton #5 that coordinates with fabric  Woven fusible interfacing - Stacy Shape-Flex by Pellon Block #1 o Background – 2 yellows 7” squares o Background – 2 White 7” squares o Flower – pink, blue, orange, purple 5”1/4” square o Center – Yellow, 5 ½” square (yo-yo) o Leaf – lt. green, 5 ½” square o Leaf/ Stem – dk. green, 9” square o Boarder –blue, fat quarter Block #2 o Background – 2 purple, 7” squares o Background – 2 white 7” squares o Flower – Blue, pink, orange , purple,
