Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amendments made to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan number 844 dated January 24, 2003 on “improvement of the structure of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic” With the purpose of improvement the activities of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic I decide: 1. To make amendments and changes in the following documents approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan number 844 dated January 24, 2003 on “improvement of the structure of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2003, No.1, item 36; 2004, No.9, item 681; 2005, No.2, item 73): 1.1. To make the following amendments in the Charter of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (Attachment I): 1.1.1. To add after the words “legal entities and organizations not having the status of legal entities” and “their deputies” in item 4.9 of the Charter by the words “including chief accountants”; 1.1.2. To add after the words “the first vicepresident for geology, geophysics and reservoir engineering and the vice president” in item 5.3 of the Charter the words “vicepresident for economic issues”; 1.1.3. In item 5.6 of the Charter: 1.1.3.1. To add the words “vice president for economic affairs” after the words “the first vice president for geology, geophysics and reservoir engineering and the vice president”; 1.1.3.2. to add the second sentence in the following edition: “Vicepresident of the Company may at the same time occupy the position of the corresponding division in the Company’s apparatus” 1.2. In division “I. Administrative Structure of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic” of “Structure of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic” (Attachment II): 1.2.1. To consider paragraph five in subdivision “I. Management” as paragraph six and to add paragraph five in the following edition: “Vicepresident for economic issues”; 1.2.2. To edit item 7 in subdivision “II. Enterprises belonging to the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic” as follows: “Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery” 2.
