Purchases to be considered for this rebate must be on a single receipt. This offer is not transferable and is valid only for the individual who purchased $39.97 USD ($43.97 CAD) or more of SOG products in a single transaction for personal household use. Dollar amount of SOG products is calculated before tax and after any retail or point-of-sale promotion, discount, or sale. Only one rebate claim is accepted per person, household, and or household address. Limit of one rebate claim is accepted per qualifying purchase or transaction. 2. Validated and approved rebate claims will be provided with the reward (as described below) in USD (United States Dollar) in the form of a check to be mailed to the address provided on this form. All monetary rebate rewards will be paid in USD (United States Dollar) to US and Canadian addresses only. SOG reserves the right to substitute an alternative reward of equal or greater value. 3.
