CoroMill® 316 EXCHANGEABLE MILLING HEADS The exchangeable milling heads allow you to quickly, easily and accurately switch between various operations. With a quick tool change you are able to get the perfectly suited end mill type, radius variation, teeth frequency, geometry and grade.

Coromant EH coupling The EH coupling is based on a self-centering screw thread for secure mounting and maximum strength and security. The coupling has a physical stop which makes it easy to feel when the head is correctly tightened and helps to not overstress the clamping.

CoroMill® Plura

High feed side milling Superb feed rates Make chips fly at super speed with end mills with unequal helix angle, designed to reduce vibration in high feed side milling operations. The low vibration enables a very long tool life and excellent surface finish. Utilize the full cutting length for best metal removal rate.

Unequal helix design for minimum vibration and high feed rates

P M K S Application area

These end mills are perfect in applications where tool paths are generated with CAM for a constant maximum chip thickness and a short arc of contact. This allows high cutting speeds and feeds.
