Compact, Affordable and Efficient FUME-FIX is the answer! FUME-FIX is built around high efficiency pleated ‘PTFE’ filter cartridges with 0.3 micron filter capability. 1/3000th of a millimetre! These special Teflon coated ‘fire retardent’ filters trap fume and fine particles down to this size with 99.5% efficiency. The 12 Pleated Filters deliver 24 sq metres of filter in a very compact package. 18 and 30 filter versions available for higher volume applications. Automatic ‘on-line’ cleaning of the filter banks every 30 seconds via reverse pulse compressed air. Rugged steel waste bin system captures particles and can be emptied and refitted in a flash. Unique ‘spark suppression’ system at intake. Pressure gauge to monitor filter condition. Industrial silencer included Combine with Micronair Fume arms for Welding or connect to the extraction outlet of your Laser cutter - either way Fume problems are fixed!
