Step 1 — Display Assembly Replacement
Xperia Z1 Compact with a broken screen.
Replacement Display assembly and Adhesive stickers.
Step 2
Use hair dryer or heat gun and warm the glass for ~1 minute.
Start the separating from the earpiece hole. Use a thin plastic tool (plastic pick).

Disconnect the display assemble flex cable.
Step 4
Clean the frame from the adhesive tape.
Connect the new spare part for test.
