Prizes: Cat 1 – 100% payout 40% deep, Cat 2 – trophies & swag 1-3, Cat 3 – trophies & swag 1-3 On –site registration will be held the day of the race from 8:30am – 12:10pm at Clear Bay. On- site registration will end 30 minutes prior to start time! Helmets are required when rider is on the bike. To avoid waiting in line on race day online registration is highly recommended and available at www.tourdedirt.org and www.usacycling.org (online closes 3/17). Racers (except Jrs) may sign electronically the standard release – you must log onto your USA Cycling account – if you do not have one you may create one for no charge at www.usacycling.org Cat 1 riders must have an annual USAC MTB $60 license, available online, or on site. One-day licenses for Cat 2 & 3 riders can be purchased for $5 at the race, see www.usacycling.org To qualify for Tour de Dirt (TdD) Series awards all Cat 1 & Cat 2 racers must have an annual USAC MTB license. Cat 3 racers are eligible for TdD Series awards using one-day licenses. A $5 TdD number plate will be required to participate in any TdD event in 2013. These number plates are available at any TdD event registration. Racers must show their 2013 TdD # plate before they will be allowed to register for the Sooner Stampede. Single Speed, Clydesdale, and the 60+ race the Cat 2 distance. All Cat 1 / Pro Women & Cat 1 50+ men will race the Cat 2 distance. Cat 1 Jrs race the Cat 2 distance. Cat 1 will race approx 27 miles, Cat 2 approx 18 miles, and Cat 3 approx 9 miles. The promoter reserves the right to adjust start times, mileage, and cancel/combine events.
