Preparation Blend the spice paste, sauté until fragrant, set aside. Mix Knorr Beef Paste with 2 lt water, galangal, bay leaves, lemongrass, cloves, cinnamon, and blanched beef ribs. Boil with medium heat until the meat is cooked. Add more water when it’s reduced. Place the ribs on serving plate. Add rice vermicelli, boiled potato, carrots, bean sprouts, scallions and fried red onion. Serve with gravy.
