venue pricing & options Atrium & Veranda The Atrium features stunning hardwood flooring and oversized fireplace complete with a  bar. This space is perfect for wedding receptions, birthday parties, graduations and seats up  to 120 with a dance floor. The Atrium opens to a brick and wrought iron Veranda where they  have a panoramic view of the greens, luscious landscaping, Charlotte skyline and a color  streaked sky as the sun sets. 

Pine, Cardinal & Dogwood Our banquet facilities are comprised of 3 smaller rooms, Pine, Cardinal and Dogwood, which  open up into one large room accommodating up to 225.    The Pine room accommodates up to 75 guests for a seated meal. Expansive floor to ceiling  windows serve as its backdrop and is ideal for private events, meetings and seminars.     Adjoining the Pine room is the Cardinal. This space is well suited for private meetings and  luncheons for 30‐50 guests.    Our most intimate space is the Dogwood room with floor to ceiling windows to let in the  sunshine and seating for up to 32. 

Room Set -Up Fees Room set‐up fees include the use of the space, on‐hand tables and chairs, flatware,   glassware, cake cutting and your choice of white or black linen.

CATERING AGREEMENT 

Guarantee 

A confirmation of the final guaranteed number of guests must be provided 10 days prior to the event. Charges will be made for the confirmed guarantee or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater. Any guarantee greater than the original count, made less than 72 hours in advance, is subject to product availability.

 

Deposit 

All catered functions required a non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract. To secure your event space, a deposit equal to that of the facility fee is required. Please make checks payable to: Cabarrus Country Club. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will result in 100% of anticipated charges due and payable in full.

Menu Planning 

Cabarrus Country Club must provide all food and beverages, with the exception of specialty cakes. Due to questions of liability and health standards, club policy prohibits unconsumed food from being taken off property. All food and beverages remain property of Cabarrus Country Club.20% service charge and 7% sales tax is applicable to all food and beverage purchases. Final guest count and menu selections must be made 10 days prior to the event date. All events with 15 guests or more must order from a set menu. Seated menu functions requesting choice of entrees must be limited to a choice of 3 or fewer and are required to provide escort cards indicating entrée choice.

Alcohol 

Alcohol will only be served to guests 21 years of age or older with identification. Cabarrus Country Club will not tolerate excessive alcohol consumption on property. Bartenders and Management have sole judgment to control alcohol service. All staff will comply with all North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules and regulations. No employee of Cabarrus Country Club will serve or participate in serving of any guest who is or appears to be intoxicated.

Decorations 

Please limited decorations solely to your event space. Decorative items may be brought in a day prior to your event with permission of Food and Beverage Management. Cabarrus Country Club cannot be held liable for damaged or lost merchandise, decorations or other articles prior to, during or after the event. Decorations involving the use of tacks, nails, paint, staples or any other means which will damage the Club are not permitted.

Excused Non‐Performance 

If Cabarrus Country Club is prevented or impeded from performing its obligations under this Agreement for any reason beyond the Club’s reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, flood, war, weather conditions, public or environmental disaster, governmental action (including licensing restrictions), labor disputes or strikes, unavailability of supplies, equipment breakdown or failure, restriction on Club operation or acts of God, such non-performance is excused. The client agrees that under such circumstances, the Club may terminate this Agreement upon return of the Client’s deposit without further liability of any nature. If, however, the Club’s non-performance is limited to the unavailability of the space reserved by the Client, the Club may substitute another space in the club comparable to the original space reserved, and the Client agrees to accept any such substitution.

Management Rights 

Should an event become out of control, and/or if guests are not in compliance with all rules and regulations of Cabarrus Country Club, Management reserves the right to terminate the event immediately.
