Preparation STOVETOP DIRECTIONS: 1. In a suitable container, measure 1 gallon (128 fl.oz.) of water and bring to a boil. 2. Gradually add contents of pouch to water while stirring briskly with a wire whisk until fully blended and uniform in consistency. 3. Return product to a gentle boil. 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes for full rehydration, stirring occasionally. 5. Avoid letting product boil over. DIRECTIONS FOR ALL OTHER PREPARATION METHODS: 1. In a suitable container, measure 1 gallon (128 fl.oz) of water. 2. Gradually add contents of pouch to water while stirring briskly with a wire whisk until fully blended and uniform in consistency. 3. Bring to a hear boil, 180°F, measured with a thermometer, for 2 minutes. 4. Continue to hold for 20 minutes at a minimum of 165°F for fully rehydration. Yield: Each pouch will reconstitute to approximately 17 - 8 fl.oz. servings. Cook thoroughly.
