Southtowns Stars Yearbook Ad Order Form Purchasing an ad or player cameo space in the yearbook is a wonderful way to advertise your business, thank coaches, or let your child know what a terrific season they had! Every player will receive a complimentary yearbook from the Booster Club at the yearend celebration on Sunday March 8, 2015! All ads and Player Cameos must be received no later than Monday January 26, 2015 . Here is how:  Player Cameo Layout - Please include a layout with message, including picture if desired, exactly as you would like to see it in the yearbook along with the completed order form and payment to your team booster representative. Also email the layout to [email protected] along with your name, player name and team.  Business Advertisements – Email a PDF of your ad and desired size to [email protected]. Please provide payment and completed form to a Southtowns Stars Booster Representative.
