Open to swimmers ages 5 –21 who are able to swim the length of the pool unassisted. Meets are Monday evenings at various locations throughout Iowa and Eastern Nebraska. Visit the team website: southwestiowasailfish.shutterfly.com for complete practice and meet schedules

I assume all risk(s) and hazards incidental to the conduct of this program and for the transportation to and from the program unless otherwise provided for by the specific program. I hereby authorize the YMCA to obtain medical treatment in the event that the emergency contact cannot be reached. I understand that the YMCA is not responsible for my child past program ending times. I agree to abide by the YMCA cancellation policy as stated below. Cancellation Policy Once you have registered for a class/program, the YMCA begins preparation for the season. If participant cancels participation in program prior to beginning practice, you will receive 75% program credit. Once the program begins, there will be no credits or refunds.
