Quiz answers: 1b, 2a, 3d

About With the Pan Am/Parapan American Games coming to Toronto in 2015, the annual Scotiabank Caribbean Carnival (a.k.a. Caribana) and other upcoming large-scale international events, there is no doubt that our wonderful city will receive global attention and anticipate a flood of tourists from all over the world.  Now, let's put this all in a public relations and corporate communications perspective... How does that change a PR practitioner's work? How far in advance does a communicator have to plan the strategies and activities? When a major event comes to Toronto, does it pose more challenges or opportunities in regard to PR? How does the international nature of the event influence the decisions that are made?  To answer these questions, we have invited three panelists to speak at our seminar in order to provide their insight and share their experiences working in PR and corporate communications in the context of large-scale international events.  We hope you enjoy the seminar! Hosts: Alexis Johns Amy Sharaf Melanie Navamanikkam Melissa Pineda Shona Bewley
