Online Banking—Spending Report You now have the ability to track your spending within Online Banking. This feature allows you to analyze your expenses across your established categories.
How to Access the Spending Report

Online Banking—Spending Report An easy and helpful way to organize your expenses is to create categories that each transaction falls under. This helps you drill down and further analyze your spending.
How to Change the Expense Category on Your Transactions 1. Take your cursor and hover over the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page. Select the account that has the transaction(s) you would like to modify.
2. After you have clicked the account you would like to modify, you will be taken to the “Account Detail” page.

Online Banking—Spending Report How to Change the Expense Category on Your Transactions, continued 3. Now move your cursor and hover over the “Transactions” dropdown. A list of options will be displayed. Click “All Transactions” at the bottom of the list.
4. A separate window will open. Within this window you may:
Navigate to any other account that has transactions you want to re-categorize
Select the month of transactions within an account you want to work with
Choose custom and define a range of dates to retrieve

Once you have the transaction(s) displayed that you want to work with, you may begin to re-categorize the transaction(s). Identify the transaction you want to modify. You will see an icon that looks like a notepad ( ). Click this icon, and a dropdown box will appear from which you may select from a new expense category.
6. After you click the new expense category for the transaction, you will see two new icons appear: a computer disk ( ) and an icon to allow you to undo ( ). Click on the computer disk icon to save your change. Click on the undo icon to restore the category that was originally assigned to the transaction. You will notice that you may also change the “Description” of the transaction. Simply click in the box, highlight all of the information in the box, and retype your new “Description”. To close the window, click the “x” in the upper right corner.

Once you have saved all of your changes and closed the transaction window, you may return to the home page and rerun your “Spending Report”. To navigate quickly to the home page, click the “Home” tab at the top of the page. After you rerun the report (select the account, dates and click “Chart My Spending”) you will see your updates.
8. To see all of the transactions that are classified within a category, click the category in the “Spending Report” widget you would like to drill into.
9. Once you click on the category, another window will open that displays all transactions in that category for the specified date range.
