INFORMATION: Price includes rehearsal time with the USA staff, onfield per-formance, game ticket for the participant and a commemorative souvenir. Exact itinerary and parking information will available online prior to the event. If additional people wish to attend, they must purchase tickets as they would for a regular UCLA football game. Performers traditionally sit in the General Admission area (subject to change). PAYMENT: Please submit only ONE payment form – unfortunately, we can-not accept payments from individual squad members if on a Spirit or Dance Team. Make checks payable to “United Spirit Association.” Acceptable forms of payment are School checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or credit card. Please do not send cash, personal checks or organizational/business checks. Credit card payments are done on-line on the Varsity Camp Portal or please contact the USA office to make payment over the phone (Mon. - Fri. 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). As a reminder, the registration is not complete until payment has been received and posted to the account. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours once the registration is received in the USA office. If you do not receive an email, please contact the USA office to confirm receipt of your registration.
