Future investors of Glencoe Youth Baseball, We are very excited about our 2015 youth baseball season and looking forward to having you be a part of our youth’s baseball program. Glencoe Youth Baseball is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing a personal hands-on approach to teaching our communities youth on the value of teamwork while learning individual skills through the game of baseball. We’ve recently merged Hillsboro Boys Baseball Association and North Plains Baseball to form Glencoe Youth Baseball so that we can encompass all of the families that will eventually attend Glencoe High School. Over 300 families from our community participate in our program. We encourage youth of all skill levels and age groups regardless of their economic status, race, gender, or religious affiliation to participate. We offer assistance for those with financial needs and work to ensure all kids an opportunity to join our league. Last year we brought more playing opportunities for the youth as we expanded our program to include North Plains and our JBO (Junior Baseball Organization) joined the newly formed Westside Youth Baseball. This includes a combination of what was Washington County JBO and West Hills JBO giving us a league of around 180 competitive level teams for 3rd-8th graders. We also have tee-ball opportunities for players in pre-kindergarten and kindergarten (K-Ball). For our 1st and 2nd graders we offer a recreation league with a mix of kid pitch and coach pitch. This allows kids to focus on the hitting, throwing, and fielding fundamentals before learning REAL BASEBALL in 3rd grade. All of these opportunities are made possible through the generosity of the numerous hours donated by our volunteers. Financially we are supported through our fees, fundraisers, donations, and sponsorships from our community partners like you. Your generous donations pay for equipment upgrades necessary to maintain a safe environment, field maintenance and improvements, new fencing, dugout improvements, and scholarships. We have a number of different packages available at various contribution levels allowing you to decide whatever level of contribution you are able to make. Every contribution helps and every contribution will receive recognition as described in the following pages. If you’d like to donate the value of the whole scoreboard, you will earn yourself exclusive advertising rights for 3 years and permanent advertising rights for the life of the scoreboard. After the 3 year period we will include two additional sponsors on the scoreboard. All advertising must be approved by the league board of directors. Sponsor of bingo night (PRESENTING - $1,000, SUPPORTING - $250): Would you like to be the named presenting sponsor of our Bingo fundraising event? Concessions trailer sponsorship for the year (PETER BOSCOW - $1000, MOOBERRY - $750): Want exclusive advertising on our concessions trailer that is utilized throughout the year at Peter Boscow School and travels to senior J.B.O. tournaments? We need funding to maintain this trailer and keep it working to sell concessions. You will be the only company advertising on the trailer alongside our Glencoe Youth Baseball artwork and the sign company donating the Glencoe artwork. We also have a stationary trailer at Mooberry that is open during the season to service games and tournaments played there that can be sponsored. Your logo will be seen by families from all over Oregon and S.W. Washington as our tournaments draw families from all over the state.
Merchandise/Equipment Trailer: We are looking for a new trailer to sell our merchandise to families and friends of the Glencoe Youth Baseball program as a way to help support our program and allow parents to be able to show their support of their child/children in the program. We are looking for a 14’ enclosed concessions, Wells Cargo, or similar trailer that we can sell directly out of. If you have one in great shape or would like to purchase one for us, you will get to advertise on it for the next 3 years along with our Glencoe Youth Baseball artwork.

All fields are available except the North fence at Poynter Middle school. This fence faces Cornell Rd. and would be a premier spot for your vinyl banner.
