2017 Sponsorship Packages Mach 5 Athletics is a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth organization dedicated to building character, confidence and sportsmanship. We believe several of our athlete will go on to compete in high school and possibly beyond, but virtually all of them will learn that achievement and success in sports and in life starts with a dream, setting goals, honoring commitments, and lots of hard work. It is with this thought, that we seek sponsors to assist in funding this program that will help our local youth develop into responsible, hard working adults. As an association we will work to keep visibility for our sponsors year round. As we continue to expand our presence within the community, we are in need of additional funding. We are looking to businesses in the local area as well as far away for support in offsetting costs in the following areas: • First-Aid Supplies • Equipment • Skills/Conditioning Camps • Field costs

M5 reserves the right to refuse sponsorships from organizations whose interests are inconsistent with the Vision and Mission of the orginization.

In general, the following industries and products are not eligible for sponsorships with M5: a.
Police-regulated businesses not limited to the following examples: sexually oriented, illegal drugs or paraphernalia, obscene acts, gestures or words, or any illegal act unless depicted in a Public Service Announcement for health, safety or welfare of the community
b.
Companies whose business is substantially derived from the sale or manufacture of sexually oriented materials
c.
Companies whose business is substantially derived as a sexually oriented business
d.
Parties involved in a lawsuit
