Hampton Athletic Association The Hampton Athletic Association is hosting a night at the races to help raise money for Dugouts in memory of Skip Palmer. The HAA family is very saddened with the sudden passing of Skip Palmer. Skip has 5 grandchildren that play baseball/softball for the HAA. Skip was the varsity baseball coach from the 1980s-to the late 1990's here in Hampton Township. Skip was also a former HAA board member. Skip spent the last 12 years coaching Shaler Area Varsity Softball. The night at the races will be hosted at North Hampton Volunteer Fire Department, 5149 North Pioneer Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044 on Saturday, February 24, 2018. Hampton Athletic Association is an organization run by volunteers, 100% of the proceeds from this event will go towards Dugouts at the McCully Complex. HAA is an exempt organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Tax receipts will be given for any donation received. If you are interested in sponsoring and/or attending the event please reply to HAA to reserve your spot. We anticipate around 175 guests.
Sponsorship Options: Individual Sponsorships – Gold: One Race Sponsor - $100 – Your business name will be announced before the sponsored race and listed in program. Silver: Table Sponsor - $75– Your business name will be listed at a table and in the program. Bronze: Business Sponsor - $50– Your business name will be listed as a sponsor in the program.
Raffle (In-Kind) Sponsor – We would appreciate any gift-cards, goods or services, and/or promotional material for raffle prizes.
