We would like to continue providing more opportunities for high dollar contributors to participate in high-level networking and to be acknowledged year round. One key strategy to achieve this goal is

the continuation of an Annual Sponsorship Program for our Northern California Chapter members. Other chapters around the country have successfully implemented annual sponsor programs the past few years. The annual sponsor program provides increased visibility and benefits for contributing members and a predictable annual revenue source for the chapter. We offer four levels of sponsorship to accommodate the diversity of our membership. For the top tier annual sponsors, we will help customize the program to meet the professional goals of the member and their company. Please feel free to contact a member of the Executive Board to learn how your company and you will benefit. More contact information, including e-mails, can be found here.

COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT CHALLENGE (C.R.C.)

CRC Projects

The CNG Board of Directors formally launched the Community Reinvestment Challenge (CRC) in 2002. The CRC is a charity effort with the objective of improving and reinvesting in surrounding communities. This is a year-round effort by CoreNet Global members in their chapters to give something back to their communities. Today, the CRC keeps its focus, but will work towards sustainability and involvement of all CoreNet Global chapters worldwide to form a unified community service effort. As the world’s premier real estate organization, CoreNet Global offers each chapter an opportunity to develop lasting and meaningful involvement in the communities in which its members live and work. The Northern California Chapter has taken the challenge to heart and supports worthy causes in our communities through fundraising and volunteer efforts throughout the year.

CRC at Global Summits The focus of the CRC core group is to ensure successful projects in each of the cities where CoreNet Global Summits are hosted. Since its inception, the CRC has contributed to needy communities in Toronto, Atlanta, Chicago, San Antonio, San Diego, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Phoenix with plans to continue making a positive difference in each of the cities which host CoreNet Global Summits in North America.

The CRC Committee supports the Capstone Program for CoreNet Apprentices (see previous) which introduces Berkeley students to the real estate profession through a curriculum and internships in Bay Area companies. Ongoing: Throughout the year the Chapter is involved in many events, including the National Annual River Clean up Day.

Sponsorship Opportunities: Six (6) Sponsors - $1,000 each • Sponsor of each event will receive one admission. • Company logo used on CoreNet website, in advertising of the event, and on event signage
