The Steelheads are a Junior Hockey team that plays out of the Hershey Centre in Mississauga, in the Eastern Conference of the Ontario Hockey League. Job Description: We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about sport, and are actively looking to gain experience in the industry. As a part of the Steelheads team, you will be involved in the day-to-day business operations of the organization, assisting with revenue generation through new sales and sponsorship opportunities. This will encompass researching new potential sponsors, reaching out to companies via warm and cold calls, maintaining existing sponsor relationships and assisting with the overall sponsorship plan throughout the season. Job Duties: •
Assisting in ensuring all sponsorship requirements are met

Assisting in securing proof of performance for all sponsorship activations and items
•
Responsible for assisting with advanced game day preparations including pre-game, ingame, and post-game
•
Assist with game day set-up and take down
•
Setting-up, running, and taking down in-game contests
•
Lead generation and database expansion
