Sporting Shooters Pistol Club (Vic) Inc: NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Date: Thursday 15th of June 2017 at 7:00pm
The Sporting Shooters Pistol Club (Vic) will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Thursday the 15th June 2017 at the Springvale Range.
Time: 7:00pm for 7.30pm start, 9.00 pm - finish with light refreshments
Where: SSAA Club Rooms, Springvale Range, 714-716 Princes Hwy, Springvale, VIC 3171
Please register your intention to attend on-line for catering and voting registration purposes. Members guests are also welcome to attend, but only Financial members are eligible to vote

AGM The SSPC's membership is now well over 730 strong. While the elected positions take on responsibility for the administration and running of the club, the most important roles are those that actively help run the club on the firing line. Currently we have over 60 members actively helping to run the club, Range Officers, Introduction & Safety course instructors, competition organisers and many members who just simply help out when they can. The committee encourages all members to attend the AGM, this is an important forum to hear how the clubs performing, future direction and a great opportunity for you to have your say. Nominating for a Committee Position Any financial member is welcome to nominate for an elected position, by filling in the nomination form below or if you would simply like to be more involved, please feel free to email the committee at [email protected]. We are always looking for help in any area.

President: Brett Goldin - will stand for re-election Vice President: Mark Oliver – will stand for re-election Secretary: Shane Lott – will stand for re-election Treasurer: Denis Kazantsev – will stand for re-election Club Captain: Graham Hardman - will stand for re-election Ordinary General Member (Quartermaster): Steve Wilson – will stand for re-election Ordinary General Member (Assistant Secretary): Patrick Kok – will stand for re-election Ordinary General Member (Scorer/Assistant Secretary): Vacant
There is another Ordinary General Member position on the Committee, however the Committee has nominated Neil Osborne to the committee to fill this position as the Chief Range Officer (CRO) Position Descriptions Position Descriptions have been created for all the above positions and uploaded to Dropbox for anyone to view. The Position Description for the position you are considering nominating for; and The Time commitment for being on the SSPC Committee. You need to be able to allocate approximately 1215 hours per week to the club.
