I/We understand that the Stokesdale Parks & Recreation does not insure my/our event, and furthermore agree that I/We shall indemnify and hold harmless the Stokesdale Parks & Recreation from any and all claims and/or demands resulting from personal injuries or property damages during my/our use/rental of the Stokesdale Community Park. I/We also agree to ensure that the Stokesdale Community Park is cleaned and returned to its original condition prior to the end of my/our event.
