SPRING 2016 For Boys and Girls ages 4-18 Registration Information: SPRING 2016 registration is ONLINE ONLY! AYSO uses eSIGN which requires you to complete your registration information ONLINE. Simply visit www.eayso.org to register and follow the instructions on the screen. Our region is #1289. Print out one copy of the player form along with the concussion form and drop (with payment) in the dropbox at the soccer complex. The DROPBOX is located at the front entrance of the soccer complex building. NEW players must include a copy of a birth certificate/proof of age! PLEASE NOTE: NEW players MUST have reached age 4 by MARCH 1, 2016. Players who turned 4 AFTER July 31, 2015 CANNOT register online. Instead you will need to fill out a paper registration which can be found at www.branchcountysoccer.com. ALL REGISTRATION FORMS & PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 21, 2016 in order to be guaranteed a spot on a team!
Cost: $50 per player - Fee includes a complete uniform (jersey, shorts, & socks) and 5 weeks of play. Fee covers Spring 2016 season only! Please make checks payable to Branch County AYSO. The American Youth Soccer Organization is a volunteer, non-profit program dedicated to providing children with a positive sports experience in a fun, safe, and fair environment. Volunteer Coaches and referees are offered training clinics to assist in developing your child’s knowledge of soccer and sportsmanship.
