Spring Training •

With the winter season behind us, the spring allows us to get back outdoors and practicing on the full sized fields.



Teams will be competing at various levels such as; State League, State Cup and Midwest Regional League (MRL)



Our training program is designed to focus on to team and build upon the individual development from the winter program.

Spring Practice

Phase of Play I Destabilize the Opposition

• Creating space and playing forward behind the oppositions defensive lines • Combination play to create a numerical superiority • Improving first touch out of pressure

Phase of Play II Possession & Combination Play

• Building a foundation of understanding of possession and penetration • Movement and support off the ball (Inc. Combination Play)

• Player positioning in relation to the ball and the goal Phase of Play III Shooting & Finishing

• Anticipation and movement to support the play • Intervene to start a counter attack or maintain possession
