Flu Vaccinations for ALL PUPILS P1-7: Diary Dates:
Tuesday 6th December. NOTE: the vaccination is a NASAL SPRAY
Christmas Plays P.1 Friday 16th Dec @ 1pm
Open Days for Sept’ 17 :
School Crossing Patrol. Thank you for your co-operation with alternative arrangements given the absence of a patrol. We will continue with the children leaving from the back yard at 3pm. Children leaving after-schools clubs at 3pm can be collected from the back also. Threat of Strike by Teaching Unions
P.2 Monday 19th Dec @ 1pm
There are a number of teaching unions and all are involved in negotiations around a number of issues.
Nursery Fri 16th Dec @ 10am
Just one union has mentioned strike action, and this would be very much the minority one in this school. No date has been announced—if this changes, parents will be notified immediately.
For Nursery: 2 sessions (you need only attend one session)

Friday 9th Dec 16 10-11.30am & 12.30-2pm In the Nursery Room Children are especially welcome where they will have the opportunity to play and meet teachers. Staff will be in attendance to provide information on nursery provision and advice on completion of the Application Form

Thurs 8th Dec Cross-Country Teams @ 11am in Lisnagarvey P.7 Friday 9th Dec—attending play @ Laurellhill. P.4-7 Thursday 15th Dec—Cinderella at The Grand Opera House P4B—Fri 9th Dec—Island Arts/Film
Please assemble in School Hall The Address will provide information on the school, both curriculum and pastoral provision along with advice on the application process. Parents and children will then be given the opportunity to visit the P.1 classrooms.

Friday 9th Dec—Chicken Curry Choir: Our Choir have been invited to sing locally in December—this includes Tesco, First Trust Bank and care homes. Mrs Tracey & Miss O’Neill are busy preparing the Choir. Do be aware representative groups will attend the smaller venues.
