Dear Colleague, Consultation on Admission Arrangements for Admission to St John Fisher Catholic Voluntary Academy Dewsbury - Academic Year 2019/2020. The Blessed Peter Snow Catholic Multi Academy Trust are consulting on the proposed Admission Arrangements for St John Fisher Catholic High School Dewsbury for Academic Year 2019/20. A copy of the School Admissions Policy is attached. The proposed arrangements will use the definition ‘within the schools defined area’ which was previously referred to as ‘parish areas’. The geography of the defined area has not changed from the previous Admission Policy of 2018/2019 however, it was previously referred to as parish boundary areas. The change has become necessary so that any future changes in parish boundary areas will not impact on the schools defined area. The proposed arrangements and defined area map can be viewed on the school website www.stjohnfisher.org.uk. The consultation will run from Monday 4th December – Monday 29th January 2018. If you would like to comment on the policy, please respond in writing to the Clerk to the Governors at the school by Monday 29th January 2018. If we do not receive any response by that date we will assume that you have no objections to these arrangements. Yours faithfully
