FIT FOR LIFE ! 5K RUN/WALK - 09.20.14 Dear Kind Friend,
St. Joseph Catholic School of Auburn will be hosting a Fit for Life 5K Run/Walk on September 20, 2014! This event will begin with the 5K Run/Walk for all participants from ages 4 and up followed immediately by a Health Focused Community Block Party. Since you and your organization are an important part of our Community, we would appreciate your support. I am writing to invite your business to sponsor our event. Sponsorship levels range from $50 to $500 and include sponsor recognition on the back of the 5K Run/Walk T-shirts received by all race participants. Please know that all contributions you make will impact our efforts to provide a positive and outstanding impact on our community. All proceeds earned from this event will be evenly distributed between the non-profit organizations of Stand Up Placer, the Auburn Interfaith Food Closet and St. Joseph Catholic School. The enclosed form provides essential information about all of your sponsorship opportmities in order to particiape and make difference within our community. St. Joseph Catholic School volunteers would be happy to pick up your sponsorship donation, it can be returned to the school office, or it can be sent to the procurement address listed below, whatever is most convenient for you. Silver Sponsor - $250: One paid admission to the 5K Run/Walk and a medium-sized image of your company logo printed on the back of 5K Run/Walk T-shirt.
