Spring 2015
Please know that the Spring 2015 test was more rigorous than the Spring 2014 test, which explains the drop in the percent of students passing ISTEP+ across the state. Cut scores were also recalibrating, causing fewer students to pass, as well. As such, we are really not able to draw many conclusions when comparing 2014 data to 2015 data. It’s like trying to compare “apples to oranges,” which is difficult if not impossible to do.
