Rosslyn Sector Plan Guidance Access and Circulation: Achieve a connected street network integrating Arlington Ridge Road, the planned 18th Street corridor, and planned 17th Street North.

Reconstruct Arlington Ridge Road to rise to the level of 17th and 18th streets, and include a lower level corridor below, devoted to service and parking access. Enable multi-use trail connections to the Esplanade corridor and across I-66. Recommended sidewalk widths

Revised TIA  submitted in October, 2015  studied 11 intersections  revises October, 2011 submittal New TIA reflects:  revised site design  revised site access  sector plan recommendations for street network  updated development pipeline

Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA)

Traffic Impacts: • 330 morning and 354 evening rush-hour trips (2018) • 821 morning and 950 evening rush-hour trips (2021) • Minor impacts to overall delays and levels of service Conclusion: Roadway improvements and new traffic signal are proposed to mitigate site-generated vehicle trips.
