SMALL JUNCTION SERIES
The “Small Junction” Series Industry has a continual requirement for small junction type enclosures for housing everything from terminal blocks to small positional control. Stahlin Enclosures offers a versatile solution through the use of two separate enclosure styles, each maximized for aggressive installations that may include water, steam, vapor or chemicals. The “Small Junction” Series includes a slim line style and a overhang cover style configuration. Both are made from fiberglass reinforced polyester and are functional in installations where engineered thermoplastic enclosures are not compatible. The series is particularly useful where slim line mounting is required in tight or dense spaces.

Stahlin Small Junction Box Applications Stahlin CF Series products are ideal for pushbutton mounting and pendent controllers. Sometimes overlooked, however, is this very useful shape for the mounting of series control as shown below in Abita Brewery’s brewing control. Four functions of the same process are controlled from separate selector switches mounted horizontally in a single enclosure. The operator works from one single position for an efficient use of both time and space. Naturally, this environmentally sealed, Type 4X housing also provides the necessary protection for over-spray and washdown conditions. A similar installation by Bark Blower, a mulch and shredder machine producer, uses the CF enclosure for both a key lock and switch mechanism mounted in a safe and functional position but protected from corrosion and the elements to which it is naturally exposed.
