Stillwater Area Hockey Association Marketing/Advertising Coordinator Description/Role: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy with board approval to promote youth hockey in the Stillwater Area. Position mandatory requirements: 1. Find advertising options within the association’s footprint 2. Coordinate back-to-school nights with elementary schools in the association boundaries; manage all communications with the schools, recruit volunteers to staff the booths and coordinate the booth content with the Mite Director, Girl’s Hockey Director and the Boy’s Hockey Director 3. Create and produce all recruitment documents including flyers, posters, web content and other items as requested by the SAHA board (with the assistance of a graphic designer is needed)
