STOCKTON AVE PARKING LOT UPCOMING CLOSURE Beginning August 14, 2017, parking will not be permitted in the Stockton Avenue Parking Lot or Alley (Parking Lot behind Pizza Plus). A temporary parking lot at the corner of Stockton Avenue and Second Street will be provided. Business owners and employees are strongly encouraged to use the temporary parking lot. Signage will be posted directing customers to also park in the temporary parking area.

Stockton Avenue Parking Lot Project Project Overview A.M. Stephens Construction will be renovating the Stockton Avenue Downtown Parking Lot & Alley and replacing the asphalt with concrete pavers.

What to Expect Construction is expected to last 8 to 10 weeks. Due to the limited amount of parking spaces during closure, the 2-hour parking limit will be highly enforced throughout the downtown area where signs are posted. Vehicles exceeding the 2-hour limit may be ticketed.

Additionally, the Contractor may post “No-Parking” signs in select areas which may limit the days and/or hours of some street parking. Please advise employees and customers to adhere to the signs, so their vehicles will not be ticketed and/or towed.
