Student Installment Payment Plan Contract-Western Undergraduate Exchange California State University Monterey Bay has instituted an installment payment plan with guidelines issued by the CSU Chancellor’s Office. This optional plan enables students to defer a portion of their State Univisisty Fee only.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN BREAKDOWN for a Western University Exchange Student (WUE) This contract must be submitted with the 1st installment shown below. A $33 non-refundable administrative fee is required. Reminder notices for the monthly installments (see below) will not be sent to students. Payment of each monthly installment will be the responsibility of the student whose signature appears on this contract. A $20 late payment fee will be assessed for each installment paid after the due date. Initial here _____________ Failure to fulfill this contract and remit this debt to the University when due may result in the debt being sent to a collection agency. Should the debt be referred to a collection agency the student will be responsible for cost incurred by the University, its Agents, Contractors and Assigns in the collection of the delinquent obligation. CSUMB reserves the right to refuse future Payment Plan services for accounts not paid on time and/or with two or more delinquencies. FEES
