The Student Ministry of First Presbyterian Church exists to assist families in equipping and encouraging young people to become faithful & fruitful disciples of Jesus Christ for God’s glory.
STUDENT MINISTRY Philosophy & Vision Emphasis on spiritual mentoring & one-on-one discipleship with a focus on developing godly habits and spiritual disciplines, including spiritual gifts and leadership abilities * Focus on Christian education & spiritual formation Emphasis on students coming together in a larger group setting for fellowship over a meal, followed by worship, Bible study, small group discussion, & prayer. * Focus on building healthy Christian relationships & fostering a Christcentered community environment Emphasis on reaching out to our school and community through evangelism, service, and missions * Focus on “reaching out” to those in need & “bringing in” those who are lost
