JOOR BrickFTP log-in details and file paths JOOR Sandbox log-in details to validate data Fields Mapping set by your Integrations Manager based on load files Prerequisite values (such as Price Types or Style Tags) set up on JOOR by your Integrations Manager 5) Confirmed the target go-live date with your Integrations Manager 6) Confirmed Email Report recipient to your Integrations Manager Data Validation tips: How to View and Check the Style and Linesheet Changes on JOOR From the “Linesheets” page on your JOOR Sandbox account, select the linesheet you wish to review and click on the “Export” button. This will allow you to review the changes you have successfully made to your linesheet from an export file in either .csv or .xlsx format.
You may also check the changes you made as you test directly from the web by clicking on the “Preview” button under the Linesheet Name you wish to review.
If you want to check the changes made to a single style, go to “Linesheets” à “All Styles” and click on “Preview” to review the style you have created and/or updated.
JOOR recommends executing the following test scenarios prior to setting your integration active on Production: Test Case 1: Create a Style / Add a Style to a Linesheet 1) Assign action code “Add” (or equivalent) to the style you wish to add to JOOR. 2) Upload the file to the FTP. 3) Once the file is processed, verify that the styles have been added to the “All Styles” page on your JOOR account (and to the corresponding linesheet) TIP: Make sure you specify the corresponding linesheet information (Linesheet Name, Linesheet Code, Start and End Ship Dates, etc) if you are adding the style to a specific linesheet. If you intend to add the same style to multiple linesheets, you may do so by using separate rows for each linesheet.
Test Case 2: Drop a Style from a Linesheet 1) Assign action code “Drop” (or equivalent) to the style you wish to remove from a specific linesheet. 2) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 3) Once the file is processed, verify that the style has been removed from its corresponding linesheet on JOOR. TIP: If no Linesheet information is included, the styles will be dropped from all linesheets. Test Case 3: Delete a Style 1) Assign action code “Delete” (or equivalent) to the style you wish to remove from JOOR. 2) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 3) Once the file is processed, verify that the style has been removed from the “All Styles” gallery on your JOOR account. TIP: If the style you are deleting has been ordered, this style will be removed from the Notes / Pending orders and it will be specified as a “Cancelled Style” at the bottom of the Approved orders.
Test Case 4: Update Color Code 1) Assign action code “Update” (or equivalent) to the style you wish to update and edit the color code field with the new color code value. 2) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 3) Once the file is processed, verify that the style now has the updated color code value on JOOR. Test Case 5: Update Color Name 1) Assign action code “Delete” (or equivalent) to the existing style for which you wish to change the color name. 2) In the same file, copy the row of style you wish to update. Assign action code “Add” (or equivalent) to the copied style. Modify the Color Name field with the new Color Name values. 3) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 4) Once the file is processed, verify that the style now has the updated color name value on JOOR.
TIP: To use the new color name in the already existing orders, you will have to click on the “Edit Orders” button from the Order Review Page and replace the previously ordered color name with the new color name available. Test Case 6: Color Exclusion (Deactivate Color Options per Linesheet) 1) Assign action code “Drop” (or equivalent) to the style colors you wish to deactivate from a specific linesheet. 2) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 3) Once the file is processed, verify that the color option has been deactivated from the specified linesheet. TIP: The color option will only be deactivated from the corresponding linesheet specified with the “Drop” action code. If no linesheet information is included, the color option will be deactivated from all linesheets. Test Case 7: Deactivate Sizes Option 1: Deactivate Sizes using the Size Active column 1) Update the Size Active field for the sizes you intend to deactivate by either leaving it blank or using values “0” or “False”. 2) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 3) Once the file is processed, verify that the sizes have been deactivated from the specified style. TIP: This option is only available for SKU format. Option 2: Deactivate Sizes using the Overwrite method (if Size Active column is not in use) 1) Exclude the sizes you wish to update from the Style Sync file and assign action code “Update” (or equivalent) to the remaining SKUs. 2) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 3) Once the file is processed, verify that sizes you have excluded from your file have been deactivated from the specified style. Test Case 8: Update Pricing 1) Assign action code “Update” (or equivalent) to the styles for which you wish to update the pricing. Edit the wholesale and/or retail fields with the new values across all SKUs of the same style. 2) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 3) Once the file is processed, verify that old wholesale and/or retail values of the updated style are replaced with the new pricing. TIP: The prices will be updated for the specified style across all linesheets.
Test Case 9: Add Style Image, Style Color Image or Swatch Option 1: Upload Using FTP 1) Confirm the FTP subfolder for Image files with your Integrations Manager. 2) Label the image files consistently. Image filename should exactly match the image filenames listed in your Style Sync upload file. 3) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 4) Once the file is processed, verify that the images have been uploaded at style, style color, or swatch level. Option 2: Upload Using URL 1) Ensure that the URL path you are specifying in your Style Sync upload file for the image upload is available publicly on the internet. 2) Upload the updated file to the FTP. 3) Once the file is processed, verify that the images have been uploaded at style, style color, or swatch level. TIP: Image upload works by an overwrite function. You may upload only one Swatch and one Style Color level image per style number/color name. A list of detailed image specs is available for your reference in the User Guide.
