Sub:- 1st SFI All India Invitational Inter Club Swimming Competition - 2016 24th to 27th November 2016 at GMC Balayogi Swimming Pool, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032 Dear Sir, Swimming Federation takes immense pleasure in announcing its 1stSFI All Inter Club Swimming Competition to be held in November 2016 and will be organized at GMC Balayogi Swimming Pool, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032 from 24th to 27th November by Telangana Swimming Association under the auspices of Swimming federation of India. All Clubs / Centres affiliated to affiliated units of SFI can take part in the competition. The entry for this event will be permitted to clubs / centres affiliated to District/State Associations who are affiliated to state units affiliated to SFI. Swimmers will represent their affiliated Clubs / Centre in this meet and their entries has to be endorsed and sent by the respective state associations only. No direct club/centre entries will be permitted. No spot/late entries will be entertained. The Competition will be held in the following Age Groups in Swimming for Boys & Girls in accordance with SFI/FINA rules. SWIMMING: Sub Junior Groups: Group —III: 11& 12 years — Born in the year 2004 & 2005 Group —IV: 9 & 10 years — Born in the year 2006 & 2007 SWIMMING EVENTS: Boys & Girls Events Group III: Free Style Back Stroke Breast Stroke Butterfly IM Free Style Relays Medley Relay

All Events will be on Time Trial Basis.

Swimmer shall be allowed to enter in Maximum 3 Individual events in Group III and Group IV. Best Swimmer Award will be given on the basis of performance of Individual swimmer in the competition. ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED ON LINE. ENTRY & REGISTRATION FEES :Entry Fees Rs.100/- per event per swimmer Club Relay Team Fees Rs.400/- per team Original Birth Date Certificate issued by Govt. authority will be compulsory requirement for all participants. ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY BY EMAIL AS PER THE FORMAT ATTACHED WITH THIS CIRCULAR. LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES IN ALL RESPECT IS 15th Nov 2016 ONLINE ENTRIES WILL BE CLOSED AUTOMATICALLY ON LAST DATE SFI SHALL NOT ENTERTAIN YOUR ENTRY AFTER DEADLINE
The Age Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or competent Govt. Authority in ENGLISH must be submitted with the entry failing which the Entries will not be entertained. As per SFI decision the Birth Date of each participant will be entered on the participation as well as winner Certificates. Club can send Maximum Two Entries for Individual events, and One entry per Relay. No Reserve will be permitted in individual events. Only Registered players will be permitted to enter in Relays. MEDICAL BOARD: The Organising Committee will appoint a scrutiny committee (Medical Board) consisting of Three members and Two local Doctors to determine the Age of the participants. Necessary action will be taken against those who furnish incorrect information and/or certificate in regard to Age etc. Swimmers will not be permitted to participate in the Competition on recommendation of the board.
