Sterile Filter Type PSF PSF Sterile Filter is used for 100% contamination free filtration of air, compressed air, CO2 and other gases. Micropure Sterile Filters are equipped with the variable Ecofilter element and PTFE media. Micropure Sterile Filter membranes are made of PTFE which have an extremely high pore distribution (95%) which allows for high through-put and very little pressure loss.

Micropure PTFE media are hydrophobic, so no bacteria growth is possible. Micropure Sterile Filters make 100% reverse flow filtration possible. Standard equipment is a stainless steel glycerin filled pressure gauge and drain hole plugs. Micropure Sterile Filters are designed for upstream and downstream sampling as well as draining condensate. Micropure Sterile Filters can be sterilized in place using steam up to 140°C for six minutes in both directions up to 150 times
