Use Overview
Suma® Protect D9.5 Soil Release Agent is a ready-to-use, non-corrosive surface treatment for use on non-food contact surfaces in ovens. When applied to a clean oven surface, the product dries to form a protective coating, which acts as a barrier to keep soils from sticking to that surface. Instead, cooking soils stick to the protective coating, which can then be easily removed with a general purpose cleaner or even a manual dish detergent. Oven cleaning is made much easier and the need for corrosive chemicals or excessive protective equipment is minimized. TM/MC
`` This product is ready to use, and should not be diluted. `` Apply product before oven is used. `` Ensure that oven surfaces are clean and dry before applying this product. `` Spray Suma® ProtectTM/MC D9.5 Soil Release Agent evenly onto non-food
contact surfaces in oven. `` Let dry for 15 minutes (oven may be turned on during drying period). `` After product has dried, the oven is ready to use. `` To remove the protective film and the soil encrusted on it, clean with a general-purpose cleaner or manual dish detergent, rinse and dry.
